Squarebound Protector
This tool aids in the pressing of squarebound books in a heat press.
The Standard size ID planar area is 7 3/8″ x 10 1/2″ and will accommodate all silver to modern age squarebound books.
For the Magazine size the ID planar area is 9 ⅛ x 13.25″. the OD area is 11.25″ x 15.25″
Color may vary!
Two thicknesses are available:
1. 3mm for about 68-page “giant size” books
2. 6mm for thicker books
Shims sold separately which can be used to adjust to your specific comic book.
Recommended temp max is 165˚F and 55lb of total pressure
Can come in a standard clear color or a random color based on availability s clear is often out of stock and difficult to source. Random colors are typically black, white, smoke, or frost. Magazine size by request- just email us!
Wipe off all frames with a damp paper towel or micro fiber cloth before your first use. These could bear some smoke residue from the laser cutting manufacturing process.
