What is the difference between 435nm and 455nm lights?

It is a subtle difference, The 435nm (purple) lights are higher energy and tend to work faster, which the 455nm lights work slower and therefore tend to lighten some of the red colors slightly less. Overall the difference is in time. It takes longer using the 455nm lights but you can watch the changes more easily using that light. I prefer the 435nm lights.
