Elite silicone paper. The elite sheets are 3.5 times thicker and have more silicone on the surface.
Main advantage is that they last longer. The standard parchment sheets eventually wrinkle or tear much more easily. A rough guideline is that I can typically press 15 books with a sheet of standard parchment before I dispose of it. Using the Elite kraft silicone paper, I have never had to dispose of an elite paper sheet and I have used them many dozens of times.
